It looks like the powerlines are sagging and have knocked the cover off of the light. Need somebody from Georgia Power to possibly look at this.

Here is a different angle showing The cable in front of the red light. It also shows the cone that blocks the sun being knocked off.
I don’t know if this is a powerline, cable line or whose line it is but it is severely sagging and needs to be addressed ASAP.
