The road was designed/paved to allow the water to enter the grass area/swales to the West and then flow to the retention pond to the North.

Standing water has been treated for mosquitos.

What is going to be done about all the poisonous roads that are breeding there. We have them on our street after each heavy rain and they are a huge threat to animals and people. The water DOES NOT drain to the retention pond. It sits stagnant in the grass for days. What will be done about this? Should I contact the Mayor and Commissioners about this issue because it is a significant problem and a huge health threat. Please see photos attached in the comments.
