Tried to re-couple it, barely connected

Parks staff could not locate the uncoupled pipe. Please provide a more specific location description, or a wider view of the location, or if you could provide your phone # so staff could contact you, that would be great. Thank you.

I will try to upload new image/location next morning walk.. I did try to re-connect the pipes,to avoid leaks,
so it might not look like uncoupled, but they are VERY loosely in place.
It is in open space/section between bush and purple/bluish flowers, south of the crosswalk...

Meanwhile, using Google maps/Streetview, I *believe* this is the location... I will verify tomorrow.
South of the Halibut sign/streetlight & path , and tree/bush south of the path, open space between bush and purple flowers.

We appreciate all your help. The city makes it a priority to deal with issues about water conservation.
