Description

I'm the homeowner at 13685 Campus Drive. I've witnessed 2 people that have fell on this including myself. It seems to be on my neighbors property. We have reached out with text and telephone and they refuse to fix it. We have also offered an affordable solution with a concrete guy but they still refuse. It's a real hazard.

A. This hazard is along a general sidewalk. Several people have been hurt. This was reported to the city by other neighbors and it was confirmed to be on the responsibility of the homeowner because they said the tree was not planted by the City.
