Now that at least 3 different, concerned neighbors have reported this issue in the past 24hrs, as well as notified multiple city agencies and offices about this problem, WHY IS THIS STUFF STILL THERE?
It was originally blocking a lane of traffic on a narrow, winding street with blind turns, then someone pushed it somewhat off the road and ended up blocking a DISABLED NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAY ACCESS!!! It is unacceptable that this debris and rotting, large garage bag is STILL THERE. It is also UNACCEPTABLE that two different reports made it clear that it was blocking a disabled resident’s driveway since last night, yet no one has come to clean it up, yet. The heavy duty, large black trash bag DOES smell like it contains a dead animal (or animals) of some sort; it is covered in flies and has been rotting in the HEAT all day long.
Get this PROPERLY PRIORITIZED, please, IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.

Thanks for the chime-ins; however, I don’t need things put into perspective — I’ve lived here for many years and am well-versed in various agencies, schedules, and their responsibilities, as well as how flawed leadership has been. We - many of us who are concerned about this situation and concerned about the disabled neighbor’s access to her own driveway - are trying to get this RESOLVED efficiently. This particular dumping problem involves DEAD ANIMALS IN TRASH BAGS (now rotting) and a DISABLED NEIGHBOR; it is not your “typical” dumping problem. It needs to be prioritized CORRECTLY.
Rather than continue to try to school the neighbors posting on behalf of a fellow neigbor and this problem, perhaps you could just click the little heart to indicate a vote to have it RESOLVED. Thank you for your interest/concern.
