Description
The park is so dirty and smells of urine we can't even go to parts of it. Our class pays the city of Oakland to use the space, it';s becoming unusable. There are people living there and leaving trash all over the space. The place needs to be cleaned and power washed. The East side of the park is gross, by the theater. Overflowing garbage cans, garbage everywhere. There is vomit, urine, rats. I have pictures.
