I (Meghan) went out to 949 Main Street and did see the dumpster located in the middle of the parking lot. The dumpster was empty at the time, but the lid was opened. Having been to this location before I am aware that the dumpster is usually located next to the building. Where the dumpster should have been there were papers and cans located on the ground. I contacted the owner of the building and let him know that I had been over there and that he needs to get someone over to the location to pick up the parking lot and put the dumpster back into the correct location for easy access to the occupants of the building. He was very cooperative and said someone would be over there today to get it all picked up.
