This is pathetic. Go to the intersection of Cherokee and Forest Hill. That's the address. Try to pull onto Cherokee from the Martin's gas station.
I'll call VDOT if that's what I need to do and tell them the City hasn't maintained the proper sight distances in accordance with posted road speeds. Is that what needs to happen?
Are you honestly telling me I can't open an issue without an address? What if its an issue at Pony Pasture? What's its address?

This happens all the time. I have a similar issue in the Randolph neighborhood that's been two months now. So frustrating. C'mon @CityofRichmond, you can do better than this.
@jahoesafat - What I've learned from my own odyssey trying to report my issue is the following:
1) Overgrown SCF reports always seem to get sent to Code Enforcement. But Code Enforcement only deals with private property. And they are absurd about needing exact addresses.
2) If the overgrowth is on city property, it should be the Dept of Public Works that takes care of it.
3) I totally agree with you about your address being clear and actionable. That should definitely be enough. However, you may want to use this site to paste in exact plot numbers and coordinates (including GPS lat and long) and ownership info if you can find it. Honestly, it doesn't seem to help much, but then the city can't reply and say they don't have an address. http://map.richmondgov.com/parcel/
