Description

A dumpster sits next to a known flooding area. Majority of its use comes from construction work in the hotels. Trash is scattered around the dumpster and finds its way into the creek system after a storm. I have complained to the hotel staff but apparently the message has not been received. Seems each week the trash gets worse. Personally have seen wildlife avoiding the debris. Problem needs to be solved ASAP. After each heavy rain more trash enters the creek system. I have seen the people who use the dumpster most often look and disregard the trash in the surrounding area.
