Dayton Ave between Fairview and Wheeler is completely falling apart. This is a dangerous situation as bicyclists can go over the handlebars if they hit one of these. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm going to call the news about this. Get some real coverage about this nonsense. Huge taxes and for what?!
