Description
Now all four bollards are down at the right turn onto Chapelgate Dr from Waugh Chapel Rd. I’ve put in three requests since February with the county archiving the issue without actually fixing the issue! My May 3rd issue got a response saying this was fixed on May 10th when if fact it was not repaired at all. Intersection is Waugh Chapel Rd and Chapelgate Dr: right turn lane onto Chapelgate Dr. It can’t get more clear than that, and the location marker in the app is EXACTLY where the bollards location is.

Thank you for your request about the re-installation of the bollards on Waugh Chapel Rd east of Chapelgate Dr. Unfortunately, these bollards were never put into our maintenance inventory and this is the first I have heard of this issue. I am sorry for the issues you have been experiencing. I can assure you that a work order will be created for their re-installation and to have them placed into our maintenance inventory. Unfortunately, the snow plows damage and remove these type of devices every winter and they become a yearly maintenance issue.
In the future, please contact our Sign Maintenance Department directly at 410-222-1940 and they should have the bollards reinstalled in one or two business days.
Please fell free to contact me directly if you have any questions or other concerns.
Regards,
Erik
