Heading east on Roosevelt, every single time when I sit and wait for traffic light to change at Roosevelt and Bayside bridge, this light instantly turns red as you approach it. Once again the timing of this new signal is so that it breaks the flow of traffic and terribly annoys commuters. It’s like the traffic management did not care about the frustration of when you have to wait a full red and then again get stopped after 0.5 miles.
