Hi Joey - yes, that is the intersection I was referring to. I thought there was a light on the southwest corner, but I guess there may not be. I run by there early in the morning and that intersection is completely dark and it doesn't seem safe that way. I thought there was a light there, but it was too dark to tell for certain. There is what appears to be a camera attached to one pole that does look similar to a light that could possibly be what you saw.
