Health Agent Fralick received a call from a resident of the condominium complex on 121-123 Cambridge Road about the fact their dumpster has not been picked up for 2 weeks. Health Agent Fralick spoke with the WM foreman who explained that the driveway to the dumpster is so badly damaged that they cannot and will not take the trash truck up there because they will be held liable for tearing up the pavement. It is too soft and wet that if the truck attempted to get up to the dumpster it would do much more damage to the already badly damaged road. Health Agent Fralick has been in contact with the complainant and has told advised them to have the property management company repair the damaged driveway in order for WM to be able to access their dumpster.
