Description

The resident at 838 Main Street called Health Agent Fralick to complain about the new development going up across the street from his property. He is claiming that large trucks are coming in to drop of heavy equipment at 430-5am causing loud noise and waking everyone up. Health Agent Fralick went to the sight and spoke to the Seaver Construction Superintendent Steve Bowie and explained the cities noise ordinance and that he is in violation of said ordinance having large trucks making deliveries before 7am. The issue has currently been resolved and no further action is necessary as of now.
