Description

Manhole cove is on crooked, it was just worked on by contractors. It is in the Middle of Anthony st cornor of Whalley

The stretch of Whalley Ave near McDonalds in Westville is terrible! It's being worked on, but the manhole covers are raised so high, that my car's axle broke from driving over them.
