Wasp nest ▶ Open

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to report a public nuisance I would like abated according to Title Five, Subtitle B, Chapter 343, section 011c of the Texas Health Code. The nuisance is a wasp nest on my neighbor's property. This is a public nuisance as the animals are not contained, and in control so that they will not cause harm or death to a person. There are many people in the general public who harbor severe allergies to such pests.

I have asked my neighbor to take action to control these pests, but he has adamantly declined. These wasps he desires to harbor do not stay on his property, but go into the populated area. I do not wish to trespass upon his property, but I have two young children in my household who are at risk due to his decision to harbor these pests. Please advise this household to contain, remove, or relocate these pests so as not to sustain this public nuisance.
