In the northbound lane on Shelburne Rd, right in front of Hoover St., there is a large pothole that surrounds a sewer cap. Not only does it make extremely loud noises whenever someone drives over it, but it's also very difficult to navigate while driving down Shelburne Rd. or turning onto Hoover St. Please fix ASAP as it's a huge disturbance for the surrounding residents and it is also dangerous.
