Description

Tan sedan has been on street for over three weeks now in the same spot between No Parking signs (and also more than a foot and half from the curb). It has been stripped of parts and has no license plates at this point. The tire was chalked on 3/19/2019. What does it take to get this car towed? It is a busy street and it has been clogging up rush hour every afternoon.
