The constituent was calling she is 91 years old to get help with her water bill that was very high.
She did say her plumber changed the toilet bowl.
Told her to call Suez and they will be able to inform her what they believe it could have been that caused the issue. Her hearing is good I did ask if there was someone that could help she said her daughter so told her to have her daughter contact Suez (1800-575-4433) if there was an issue she can call back I would call with her on the line but will be hard for her to understand with the hearing issue.
