Description
Hi, this winter the residential parking sign in front of 71 Peru St was damaged and now faces the sidewalk. I live there and am quite sure it was caused by the private plow truck for the parking lot across the street. A day or two after I noticed the sign, that truck backed into the tree in the green belt next to the sign, knocking off some bark and knocking a piece of truck's equipment out of place.

Traffic Department personnel checked this area today and as there is still ice on the greenbelt, it will be a bit longer before we can dig and install a new post at this location. As soon as this is not the case, we will repair this post.
Thank you for reporting this issue. Due to the nature of this request, the weather and available resources, we will be adding this to our Spring work list. We expect to complete this project in Spring and will update you when it's been completed.
