Description

The traffic lights on Telegraph at 56th Street under Highway 24 are placed in such a way that drivers routinely look past them toward the Telegraph/55th St traffic signals and run right through the Telegraph/56th light. There have been several accidents and near misses. The Telegraph/56th Street lights should be reconfigured, so that they are more prominently in drivers' line of sight.
