I reported this 7 months ago. As of today, 3/22/2019, there are AT LEAST 15 potholes UNREPAIRED on a 1 street radius. Even the prior patchwork that was done is horrible and coming apart. IT IS A DANGEROUS ROAD AND UNSAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS BUT THERE ARE NO SIDEWALKS. If someone falls or hurts themselves walking or riding a bike because of the potholes, consider yourself on NOTICE! You have done nothing to fix the problem in 7 months.

Q. Describe the roadway surface where the pothole is located:
A. asphalt
Q. Is this another roadway surface issue, like raised or slipping asphalt?
A. yes
Q. If yes, please describe the surface issue:
A. it is so patched it's worse then driving and the patches are coming apart, too. Plus, it's so uneven and bumpy.
