Code violations especially the code stating RV’s, Campers, Trailers, and stored/parked vehicles are to be a minimum of 25 feet from ALL BUILDINGS & STRUCTURES too which this is just INCHES!

The code violations structural changes I have witnessed made 359 Langdon Street jeopardized the homes on both sides of it north & south sides of it. The code violations of the camper trailer not being a MINIMUM OF 25 feet from ALL BUILDINGS & STRUCTURES and/or center of owners property which it’s not as it is just inches away from my garage and dangerously used as a shed or garage with the storage of gasoline and other automotive chemicals too which I fear this illegal parking and placement causes an instability unsafe you managed as I have further witnessed them dumping hot ash from their firepit straight from the roof of the camper trailer over the fence poured down the wall of my garage. Thank GOD NO FIRE STARTED AS THEY ENTENDRD AS THEY THREW PILES OF LEAVES OVER THE FENCE FIRST TOO WHICH I HAD WITNESSED THEM DOING SO. They told police it was a lie and police sad no harm since there was no ignition of fire even though I demanded charges. My

If we can do this jobs without permits then why was I required to obtain one for doing the same exact things? Can I get a refund for my permits?

You can not do that work without permits for your safety as well as your family and your neighbors safety. Even if you think you know what you are doing inspections and permits are to help you from those little missed dangers

This home owner has done more work on this property that requires permits without getting them where others wanting to have not because not being able to get the required permits or even doing it but acquired the required permits to do what was done. I know that if these reports are investigated you will find them to be true without a doubt and expect the equal treatment of expectations.
