Description

Resident at 159 Pine Street called to say that the construction of a new addition at 161 Pine Street is being built in a way that will cause any water drainage off of the roof to fall onto her property and her roof. They are attached but there is a 3 inch gap between the new additions and they construction at 161 has not included any form of drain that will allow water to be channeled into the yard for proper drainage but will sit in the 3 inch gap and cause damage.
