Our HOA is 3rd Avenue Townhomes. These properties used to be rentals but are now owner occupied. We believe the sprinker system water account was turned off when the properties were rentals. We have a bill dated 2016 with acct. #431436-335491. We believe this is the meter for the sprinkler system but are not sure. I was told by a Billing and Collections representative to contact Water Resources and they could mark the meter so we could verify the location prior to making a decision to have this location turned back on. The address on the bill is 612 3rd Ave S and we don't have a unit with that address.
