To whom it may concern, i have a flowing water problem which stems from Bethany Lane and Route 99 because of no drainage and sewer . The rain flows down my neighbors driveway onto my property and floods my back yard to the nearest drain. i have contacted Arthur Shapiro and Radhika Wijetunge and they told me to contact SHA and your department for further assistance. i believe between all the divisions of Howard County and SHA we can come up with a resolution and not have all this water destroying my propert. thanks in advance . gary seidel
