I have a request, I’ve written to Champlain College but never received an answer. Neighbors were discussing this situation this week. Please PLEASE, install those flashing light warning crosswalks at the present sites of Champlain Colleges crossing. We have all had incidents where students just walk out without looking in any direction. They mostly all wear dark clothing and in winter it is difficult to see them as they cross. Lighted crosswalks such as those on Pine St. and Howard would probably save a life. This is an incredibly dangerous situation.
