Q. Description of the issue
A. This morning as I am turning onto Pavonia ave (corner with Chestnut) to drop off my kids at st Joseph’s, I saw a lady with a dog. The dog pooped and I saw her walking away without cleaning it up. She continued on Pavonia, I parked on Pavonia and then addressed her asking her why she is not cleaning after her dog. She replied she’ll do it later. Since my kids go to st Joseph’s I notice there is a lot of dog poop on both sides of Pavonia. And since I noticed this incident myself I wanted to report it and send you a picture of the dog walker.
