Description

In the Beth Ahm Memorial Park there are two sets of large gates. Lately the gates have been open. Also, the most disturbing issue is the fact that homeless people are living in the cemetery. They have been there for a few months. You can see their blue tarp from Masonic (you have to look closely) and from I-94. Within the past two months there have been two dead coyotes on I-94. It is my understanding that there are and always have been coyotes that run along the creek (or whatever it is) right there. Having knowledge of coyotes, it is known that they are very fearful of humans. They are particularly fearful of humans if they aren’t habituated. The coyotes in that area most likely are not. I find it very disturbing that since the homeless people have moved into that area, two coyotes have died on 94 (most likely from being displaced). As an animal advocate, and for the protection of our community, I am requesting that this is investigated please. I don’t think any animal should have to die due to human stupidity.
