If they are sleeping during the day, that is not a violation. If at night anyone in the park would be trespassing between the hours of 11:30 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. Please call the police non-emergency line at 955-1818 to request an officer respond to assess the issue and take appropriate enforcement action.

I manage a rental unit right next to the creek on SE 2nd Place and we have had thefts from our property. Although I can't be 100%, I'm pretty sure it's the guys hanging out on the trail, around the benches, and in the playground that have done it. I've had to run them out of our carriage house for sleeping in it multiple times. I understand it's not breaking a law to sleep during the day, but in a public right of way on public equipment? On a children's playground? Seems like there might be another way of coming at it then maybe?
