Description

Since Monday 3/11/19, the timing on this stoplight has been off. Traffic has been getting backed up. The light is red for a long period of time and there is no traffic entering or leaving the school (I pass this stoplight around 6:15 am). This is a new change and it is causing a backup on the road.
