Description
Old Orchard neighborhood is fraught with downed limbs and branches from wind storms of recent past. When will these be taken care of? These are city owned trees and residents are not allowed to dispose of yard waste in trash cans.

My expectation as a citizen and tax payer is that the service we are forced to pay is actually performed.
Be advised that the large bundle of gathered limbs currently stacked on my curb, will be pushed into the street by close of business Tuesday March 19, 2019.
