This house is a routine offender when it comes to unpermitted, dangerous and shoddy construction work. They often have despite the posted stop-work notices.
Right now they're using a massive sheet of steel as the awning on their back porch, which has unsecured construction equipment sitting on top of it, ready to fall on someone's head.
Please check the photo — there's literally a piece of loose dimensional lumber hanging over their back porch right now, being blown around in the wind.

The cut new holes for new exterior windows, which are setback less than 25" from the adjacent building. Since when does adding windows not require a permit? And isn't adding windows less than 3 feet from the adjacent building a code violation?
19 Beacon also built a new addition less than 26" from the existing adjacent building's windows. Is that not also a clear code violation?
