Description

Graffiti and stickers on streetlight pole #60-5991 on the E side of San Pablo Ave in front of the parking lot of Wally's Bank Club Cafe. Unfortunately, this plague of graffiti and stickers is rampant among streetlights along Emeryville's stretch of San Pablo Avenue. See circled item in 3/8/2019 photo.
