Description

Northwest corner of Crest and Bemidji. The sidewalk has sunken in and freezes into an ice sheet after a thaw. It's a serious safety hazard for pedestrians. Counting the sidewalk blocks from Bemidji moving north on Crest - water pools on blocks 6, 7, and 8 and freezes during the cold spells. At night, it's black ice and is difficult to see unless you know it's there. Hopefully, it can be repaired before next winter.
