Howard County Admin II assigned this issue to DPW HWYS Office

Hard to tell exactly where it is but if it’s located as you make a right/left turn off Hesperus onto Castle Moor I contacted your offices two weeks ago. It’s gotten bigger and deeper.

Nope. It's just past the speed hump on Hesperus close to the bridge over the creek at the "bottom" of Hesperus. Where there are no houses, so can't use a house number.
