Noted potholes and ruts in various locations fwd for alley review.

This is a constant problem that the city continues to push off their plate and nothing ever gets addressed. Just pave it and we won't be having this constant issue.

I totally are. It erodes do heavily when it rains - like today. It holds water and creates a mess.

Valleys created after rain - our alley needs to be paved. This is continual issue. More photos to follow

Standing water - hasn’t rained for last 12 hours. Water stays due to ridges in alley. Needs to be paved. Repairs have not worked

Further down alley. Same problems.

Deeps valleys created by garbage trucks on weekly basis. This wouldn’t happen if alley was paved.

Has anyone asked the city about paving the alley? I think we’d have to get agreement by X percent of the property owners and have a special assessment. I’d be all in favor of it.

The City came this morning and “graded” yet this is the valley they left behind my house

This is why we need to pave this alley

We have spoken to the City about paving and we have to get 51% to sign off on it and the assessment would go to our annual taxes. I’d be in favor too — my only argument is almost ALL the other alleys are paved and they didn’t have to pay an assessment. Not really fair.

Will they be completing the alley or leaving it half finished behind my house?

Any update on this?

we also have the same thing in the Alley behind 42nd Street South, I hope they will fix it !!
