Major flooding. I added a picture to show what happens multiple times a year. With the rainy season fast approaching this issue needs to be a priority. 3 roads with multiple branches flow into one drain at the base of my house. My neighbor and I have asked for a fix but I have not seen an attempt to redirect the water from our drain. I’m glad there is documentation of all these requests now. 2-3ft of water should never accumulate in a residential area if prevention is possible and it definitely is preventable. 30th Ave North should not flow into our road and neither should 52nd Ave flow down our road either. Please fix before someone is hurt or property is lost. I’m happy to meet up with the engineers to show them the issue. Thank you
