Description

Due to new construction of neighborhoods up and down Defense Highway (between 424 and West Street), there is now multiple new flood areas/drainage areas that are unsafe and at times, impassible. This location, in particular, now floods with the slightest amount of rain, covering the entire west bound lane of 450. Definite safety hazard and with the recent ice we've had, that area is that much more dangerous!
