Trees on the Right of way are the responsibility of the abutting property owner, the city at times will assist and remove a tree that are completely dead or is in imminent danger of falling.
The tree to the south of 245 14th Street on the Vacant lot is not owned by the city of St. Petersburg - If you feel that this tree poses a threat as being in violation of the ordiance please call the Codes Compliance Dept. 727-893-7373.
We will have the tree in the Right of way in front of 245 14th Street N reviewed to see if it qualifies at this time for city removal.

This vacant lot IS owned by the city. Therefore the tree IS owned by the city.

This is definitely city-owned lots and are designated as park land and therefore are the responsibility of the city.
