We solved the trash problem on the 38th more than 20 yearago by pressuring the city to put in It in additional cans.
These were gradually removed from ‘05-10 or so. I’ve met with city council in 2017 to discuss the problem, but they simply talked about equity and access and the needs of homeless persons.
