Description

GCO Section 21-19,20 mandates snow/ice removal from sidewalks. Why doesn't this seem to apply to sidewalks abutting the Library parking lot on Mason and School Streets? There is frequent pedestrian traffic in this area and the City has so far failed to remove snow from this recent or any other snowfalls this winter. How can you tell others to follow the ordinance if you can't be bothered to obey it yourselves?
