Follow up:
I met with the owners of the garage in question having a LP cylinder kiln, and using in an enclosed garage. I examined the kiln and it is an electric kiln, the size of a bread box and is used for jewelry enameling. I did further research looking up the manufactures listed use . The kiln is being used according to the manufactures recommendation. There is another kiln inside an art studio separate from this private user. I will be closing this complaint. Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions.
