Description

There is some kind of broken water pipe under the roadway at the intersection of Russett Green West and Woodland Hills Way. There is water constantly ponding in the crosswalk/intersection and has been this way for nearly a year. Because of the weather, the water is freezing and causing an icing hazard for vehicles and pedestrians crossing the street.
