M, It is a way to at least document these things to some degree. Hopefully, more people are at least waking up to these issues by the use of this site. I've noticed a pretty good uptick in people reporting things. Of course, part of that is because very little is being done by the city. But all good people can do is keep trying. Take pictures and video of issues and show it for what it is.
