Description

Storm drain clogged, flooded all the way across westbound E 8th street at 12th Avenue today. Still flooding parking lane and one travel lane as of 9pm. Could be a serious automotive hazard for cars that don't slow down, also hazardous to pedestrians (flooded sidewalk, splash from cars)
