New deck constructed without submission of plans/schematics drawn up pre-construction/during construction 🚧/post construction 🔨 and without permits nor is there any railings as code calls for.

Kitchen windows removed without permits, & inspections reducing ventilation in a small area which by code is forbidden 🚫 to close off or remove original windows but allows reductions with additional ventilation assistance added...

With the extra long screws and nails penetrating through the wooden privacy fence it is dangerous to do yard work or painting the garage more so than the barbwire that was in on the property used for blocking debris and garbage being thrown over the fence as it was over head where it could be walked under as it was strictly for stopping thrown garbage & debris, so why isn’t the more dangerously protruding nails & screws a violation and allowed as it was done purposely to stop them from working on their garage and in their backyard to stop them from cleaning in between the fences and along side the garage too. I know codes state it’s not permitted so why haven’t the inspectors imposed fines and demand a fix as they did about the overhead barbwire?

If they are allowed to have all those nails and screws protruding then all of us who have fences can surely do the same as it would be of help in keeping people from jumping our fences.
