Description

The streelight on the median of Washington Boulevard at the south side of the intersection with Thomas Gangemi drive has been turned by someone 90 degrees. The picture taken is from the east side of washington boulevard, the left turn arrow is supposed to be facing southbound washington boulevard traffic but faces towards thomas gangemi drive.
