Thank you for your inquiry about the trail crossing at Patuxent Road near Bragers Rd.
I am happy to inform you that this crossing has been added to our Enhanced Pedestrian Crossing Pilot Program. We are in the process of hiring a consultant to manage this program and perform traffic studies at various pedestrian crossings throughout the County. As a result of these studies we will be deploying recently approved signing technology to raise driver awareness at these crossings, see attached document.
I hope to see these changes in the coming months.
